the original picture was given to me by my art teacher i looked for it on the internet but i couldnt find it so i cant really give credit to the photographer im sorry

really!thanks it took me two weeks,
and i was booking it i guess i worked on it just about every day for 3 school piriods, id skip lunch and stay up till 1:00 in the morning some times.

I've never done one myself but I know of others who have and I could admire their patience. I saw a photo realistic one of Tupac at an art show on day; it was a 2nd place winner and I was blow away by the precision. It takes a lot of work to do those.

your right it is a real test on ones patients! but its super easy and it makes you look better than you really are!
your only obsticle is interest, if you lose interest you lose quality
i have seen beginners rock stippling technique!
as did i my fresh men year, well i think it kinda sucks but people tell me that its really good lol

you should do one! im sure yours will put mine to shame!

Nah! It'll probably be the same if not worse. But I have been practicing a somewhat similar technique used in engraved printing, like the lined art you see on dollar bills but using pencil and pen. Both types take so much planning, but one day I may try it.

I read the term 'line engraving' somewhere. It was commonly used in age old print making. It's pretty much the same as the stippling but with lines.

thanks! it took two weeks and i was ultra dedicated to it too. i was up later than one in the morning poking at it
