This made me think of Doctor Who even though I'm almost sure it never had a scene exactly like that (at least in the current run, I haven't seen all classic stuff and you never know which lost tape the BBC will dig up next anyway). I guess it's the whole spooky atmosphere combined with pretty colours and lighting.
