This is stunning. The details are fantastic, and the timing couldn't be better. You captured the motion in the piece very well, and the surface of the water is smooth.
There isn't a thing I would change about the piece. Beautiful job!

Fantastic shot! Caught it in a gorgeous position with its wings hanging below it. The colors on the wings themselves is beautiful, bald eagles are such gorgeous birds. I hope to get many more shots of them myself.

Were you any where near St. Louis, MO? I was in Alton, IL at Christmas and had a great time seeing some wintering eagles there. I would have had to be there earlier in the day to see one trying to get a meal. Needless to day I love these kinds of shots.
