Description someone in a hurry just has to speed up over a puddle on the road

We were bored, but then showed me the web series Fail by Error and i couldn't help myself - i read everything up till now in like, 40 minutes

some jerks relish the power they have over puny pedestrians on the sidewalks during huge downpours D:
