Here's a little break down of how I work digitally from start to finish.

1.Start with a rough sketch, establishing your figure and adding little indications where things are going to go. Remember that your sketch doesn't have to be perfect, you just need to layout the initial idea.

2.Clean up. This is where you are going to draw your final lines, you need to be confident in your lines when doing the final line art. The nice part of this being a digital piece, is that if I mess up with a line I can hit the "Undo Button" and redraw the line. Drawing clean lines takes a lotta practice. Be patient, you'll get it with time.

3.The last and final step is to apply the colors. This process would take way to long to explain.

I've been getting asked if I could do a tutorial on this for some time now, and I really want to do one when I get the time.

I do all my colors in Photoshop for anyone who is wondering. I color in layers with the file Mode set to RGB.

I'm constantly experimenting with my coloring styles, so the process that I used here is a little more complicated to explain than my others. Again, I will try and do up a nice video tutorial someday.
