Imagine a bunch of nebulae...
Imagine an atomic bomb, that serves as an artifical sun (ok, just imagine a sun)...
Imagine some stars...
Imagine an ocean covered with clouds...
...now... ...Imagine one idiot, who'll put it all together.
Edit: Now, don't imagine that landscape and imagine a simple solar wind instead of it and imagine the whole picture a bit cropped.
On the other hand - don't imagine anything, just look at the picture.

If it is for non-commercial purposses then YES - don't alter the colors or otherwise downgrade the overall quality (you don't have to use the whole picture - so you CAN change a canvas size of it).
Wherever on the internet you use this picture, you have to mention at least my deviantart profile page.
