I liked the smaller design, since it made her more level with the other characters and fit the type of roles her SatAM actress was doing at the time.

True but this design pays homage to her older designs while still giving more anatomy for movement and expression. I kinda like how it balance it out and also as a "mobian dragon" give her more of a difinitive and recognisable figure than then usual mobian designs.
