Disabling comments for the usual fantards who don't know anything else reason.
The rules for Japanese honorifics are not the same as in the west. You just can't go round calling yourself X-san, particulatly NOT in polite or regular company. Most Japanese find it offensive and egotistical. Even in the height of my OMG IM MOVING TO JAPAN AND BECOMING A VIDEOGAME ARTIST SO KAWAII stage I knew that. In anime and other forms of Japanese entertainment it's used to make a character sound egotistical/cute etc.
tl;dr, it may be acceptable if you're cosplaying, say, Prussia (ore-sama), but not when speaking in public to a real Japanese.
And yes the title is a joke.
