As much as I don't mind a good critique, this felt a little rude to me
He isn't really supposed to be a chibi, not cute or anything. Just a tiny version of him. Chibi Viktor would look like this:

I wasn't attempting to leave a critique, I left my reaction to your picture in written form. What was rude about it? It was an opinionated observation, not an insult. 'Weird' is not an insulting word, it strictly means something that is not the norm.
Honestly, it seems like everyone considers anything that isn't strictly positive to be rude or intentionally rude, when that isn't the case.
Actual chibi Viktor looks just fine, it'd be nice to see more of it.

I find it rude that you used the word weird and these icons, they don't seem to be a nice reaction to it, that's how I felt bout it.
It reminded me of someone showing how they cooked something and the other person says it looks weird and pulls off these expression. I guess noone would feel happy about this.
I wouldn't even be sure if you used it in a joking manner or not, it wasn't really clear to me.

So it wasn't strictly what I said, it was the icon's I accompanied it with? I find that pretty ridiculous. I obtained those icons by typing 'ehh' into the emoticon search bar. They were the only two that seemed relevant and I couldn't think of any other way to express an 'ehh' emotion. My reaction to your picture wasn't disgust, it was 'ehh'. Barely a reaction at all.
Maybe, in the future, don't take emoticons too seriously. Especially when icons like the ones below can be found by typing in the very same thing I did above: 'ehh'
I'm not sure how you'll take this comment, but I felt the need to try to communicate to you how silly I feel it is to be insulted by icons. Especially since I'm not some random person, I'm someone who's always left positive comments on your art and it's not like I'd suddenly do a face-heel turn and start leaving mean comments for no reason.
