... It's certainly been a while. Maybe it's because this is the first night I've been alone in over a year...?A long overdue reappearance of my character Jayli, the product of a lot of coffee, good music, and many, many incessant years of mucking about in my brain while simultaneously remaining frustratingly elusive.

Yeah, in all honesty :b I think it may just be that for a while I went really antisocial and stopped posting my interesting journals/polls, as well as stopped having as much time to do personal works, so my fanbase/watcher group has sorta turned over since then.

I had my own little hiatus a few years back. Nobody survived that, haha. But then I was never as famous as you. I do miss the awesome things that used to come directly out of your brain, but I know you don't have time for just anything, so it's cool

S'why I often just end up doing weird cartoony stuff, or smaller/simpler stuff like icons, just feels more handleable :b
