just a quick soardash before i go on my trip.

Rainbow stopped outside the boy's dorm. "Soarin?" she called, knocking.

"Hey, Crash," he greeted, walking up behind her.

She jumped. "YA! Ugh, don't ever do that again, please."

"Well, since you said please," he replied, grinning. "What d'ya need?"

"Just wondering if you want to walk," she answered.

"Where to?" he asked.

Rainbow gestured vaguely down the hall. "Just... wherever. I'm bored."

"Well, what are we waiting for?" Soarin threw an arm over her shoulders and started walking down the hall. "Left or right?"

"Right." The two turned to the right and walked down a few more hallways until they were out on the lawn outside the academy. They walked in aimless circles for a bit, chatting, until Soarin finally pulled her down under a large tree.

"It's shady here," he offered. "Nice and cool." Rainbow sat down next to him and he wrapped his arm around her. "It's nice out."

"Yeah," Rainbow agreed. She let out a relaxed sigh and leaned against him. After a few moments of silence she laughed. "You should hire your arm out for a pillow. It's so comfortable."

"Well, I would, but I haven't figured out how to disarm myself." He elbowed her. "Eh? Get it? Disarm..." He trailed off at her look. "Not funny?"

"Nope." She leaned against him again, watching a bird in the branches above them. Soarin grinned.

"So, do you like dating?"

Rainbow threw him a sly look. "I'd never admit it, but yes, I do."

Sorry this is so sloppy. I need to prep for my trip, and I just wanted to do one more Soarindash before I go. I know Soarin's head is bizzarely huge. JUST IGNORE IT IT'S SO UGLYYYYY!!!
