Had some fun with ZBrush... it used to be a pain in the ass to fiddle with, but it's getting closer to be the ideal 3D software.

Everything is modeled/sculpted in ZBrush... except the oxygen tube that I made in cinema4D.

Rendered in ZBrush, post work done in photoshop.

Don't ask who he is... I don't know... I was playing around and ended up with this.
