i have a question ;^;! i would like make so cute pixel art like you and i have a question because i can't have a so good reasult than you! ;^; when you make your pixel art do you make it on biger for after down the hig of the pixel art or do you use the same hig always ?;^; Sorry if you don't understand i have a really bad english for explain what i would like ask >w<

Ah no, I usually just use the size the base starts on. So if it is a tiny base, I pixel tiny. If it is a larger base, I work with larger pixels.
I don't mind questions at all! I have heard where people start larger and then downsize, but that tends to mess up the pixel quality a bit so that is why I work with the bases as is.

Pixels are largely about knowing how to use colors, shading, and such.
Blending is helpful at times but makes pixels look like they aren't pixels
so knowing how to shade using different values of colors, as well as highlights, really help your work get a lot more detail.
