She was my favorite Chimera ant along side Meruem. She was sinister and ruthless yet at the same time cunning and intelligent. Plus she's a cat!

The chimera ants are a rather unusual bunch of villains. The way the story is written, you really see how this group learns about the world and what they go through in their daily lives to feed their animalistic queen. The fact the story gives enough focus on these guys during the arc also makes you understand their side more than other stories, where the bad guys are just evil and that's all you need to know. Parts even feel like a social case study, especially once individuality starts coming into play.
I just got to the ep where Neferpitou comes into the story, and the cat puns, so many cat puns come out of this catbug's mouth xp

Yeah it gets really intense! It's one of my favorite anime story arcs ever!
I'm currently watching the English dub of the arc on Toonami and have to say that Funimation are doing a great job with it! MeowIsee why people are saying that Hunter x Hunter has one of the best dubs out there. ^v^

yea the series starts out slowly, but once the chimera ant arc starts, things really get intense for sure. There are parts in this arc that definitely disturbed me for sure. I knew this arc would be pulling no punches when the queen first discovered human flesh........
but yea the dub is really good. Funimation know what they are doing for sure
