The dress and the turban really grab my attention....the details are just stunningly gorgeous! I can only imagine how much tedious and nerve-wrecking it was to create the patterns. Excellent work!

That's a tough one. Answer to that question changes regularly. I like to look at old master painters. It's kind of humbling what they were able to achieve at the time. Like right now I've been looking at the french (I think he was french) painter,Β Jean Leon Gerome. A more modern artist I get inspiration from and whose work I can't get enough of is Syd Mead. Dave Rapoza and Sam Nielson are two other modern artists whose character portraits I find inspirational. I have left out a bunch of artists but these are the ones that kind of jumped at me.Β I also like to look at Asian art whenever I can. You got any favorites?
