Nothing about this photo classifies it as 'urban & rural/ city life'.

You should file this photo under 'hotography/ animals/plants, and nature/ waterscapes'.

Colors rock! Result of the polarizer-filter? Btw. If i were you, i'd return this place in the dark for some long-exposures, i bet it'd look awesome with a silky-smooth water!
