This is my second entry for Different-Art's jewel contest.
While I was trying to figure out which gem to make next my friend told me to look up an image of labradorite . I loved all the little fractures and the way the colors blended on the gem reminded me of an out-of-focus forest. When I began to put together the doll I had some trouble figuring out what exactly I was going to do. So after spending an afternoon this is what I ended up with. Her blouse was inspired by purple labradorite and for her skirt I took inspiration from these images 4.bp.blogspot.com/-nsg9… galerie.alittlemarket.c….
I hope you all like this, I wasn't to happy with how she turned out, but I did my best.
