Love this concept! Already looks really detailed too.
One small piece of critique; the horse head looks too big. Maybe take that down a notch?

As a horse rider the stirrup should be across the ball of the foot, not jammed up in the middle/ridge of the foot. www.eurosportnz.com/images/4wa…
Would be nice too if he'd taken up some of the slack in the reins so the end bits aren't flapping around.

Also (don't kill me) the heel of the foot should be down. The weight of that is what keeps the stirrup from slipping back to the ridge of the foot.
