Another Batman re-design for my friend's blog. This is our take on Signalman.[link]
The idea is that Signalman came to Gotham to get in on the super-villain scene, and he just revels in it. The crime, the goons, the cool costumes, he lives it all up. He acts like a rock-star of crime.
