Nah, Sarada definitely is stronger. She inherited both her mother's extremely good chakra control and her father's Sharingan. She could create incredible punches at just the age of 11, defeating a whole army of Shins with just one punch to the ground in Naruto Gaiden Chapters 9 & 10. She has an amazing potential, especially considering that her mother is the strongest kunoichi and her father is one of the two most powerful ninjas in the world.
