On to the important stuff XD

Species Name: Humming Bee Dogs (because I am so creative)

Body:
-Antennae are highly sensitive and hide behind their ears for protection from sounds and the elements. Only extremely trusted individuals are allowed to touch them. Used for hearing, sensing vibrations, and bonding.
-The poofier parts, colored in red above, create a type of dust that leaves a slight trail behind them. The dust has a unique smell/feel/aura for every individual and helps others figure out who has been where. Their homes, family groups, mates, and other properties are completely covered in their dust, effectively marking it as their own.
-Other areas of their body are ususally smoother furred. Sometimes they can be super poof balls though.
-They have very long straw-like tongues

Habitats: They like country land much more than city life. Their ideal homing areas would be small fields with medium-large woods/forests and a clean, natural water source with lots of places to hide among the tree roots.

Accessories: Anything your heart so desires to give them. Usually accessories are crafted by the character itself out of natural materials or stolen.

Personalities: As a species, humming bee dogs are calm and compassionate. They are extremely nurturing and will treat all strangers as future friends. They are not shy. However, every individual has their own personality and they may not always comply with the species' norms.

Family Life: They generally prefer to live in small family/friendly groups with 2-5 members. Once a group is formed, they tend to stick together for life. Children will leave to form their own groups as soon as they find a life mate or life friend. If they do not, then they will just stick with their parents. If they find abandoned children, they will take them in and raise them as their own. It is unusual, but there is the occassional loner.

Mating and Children: VERY rarely will they chose a mate outside of their own species, but it has been known to happen before. They may have any sexuality type, but only males and females can reproduce. Due to their urges to have offspring and care for young ones, there's a good chance that homosexual mates may steal a pup from a larger litter out of a stranger's family. Litters can consist of anywhere betwee 1-5 pups. They are born blind and deaf, and very very tiny. A newborn litter of any size would be able to fit into it's mothers paws. It is very hard to keep 100% of larger litters alive due to their size and the fact that it is very easy to injure/lose them without intending to. They can feed off either their mother's milk or nectar.

HOW TO OBTAIN ONE: This is an ASK-TO-MAKE species. I will be making adopts of them, but you are also allowed to make your own! You just have to ask me before creating it. Any design/marking type is allowed, but you are only allowed to use the color types shown above. (You don't have to use those specific shades. But they need to be black, grays, browns, yellows, and/or white. You may use all the colors or only a handful. Up to you!). If you don't like using only natural colors, then load them up with different accessories or give them painted markings ^^ You are allowed to make adoptables out of these to sell for points/money or give away free but you must credit me for the species and link back to this ref sheet.
