I don't much about her but she seems pretty cool! A lot of people said they want their character married to her lol.

It's a crying pity that she friendzones the Dragonborn at the end of the quest.

She never did that. Well, not uf you're kind to her. She doesn't want to marry the Dragonborn because of the problems she had with "family", but it's exactly because she doesn't want to see him/her that way.
If you constantly speak to her and choose the right dialogue lines, you'll see she sounds more flirty with the Dragonborn with the time.
