Thanks! You mean on drawing?
I usually find some reference for poses, such as photos, other drawing, 3d pose tool (like design doll, or pose studio), or just look in the mirror is the fastest way XD
The tool I mainly use now is SAI, It's much easier XD The original pen is amazing and you can change the settings any time you like. The mode on left is quite useful on lighting(that Lumi & Shade thing I normally use)
