You know the situation when your cat is just sitting there, staring before her with half closed sleepy eyes and then something happens and they make those weird jumps in the air? awel
guess Vogue just got a situation like that to 
One of the staffs saw him snooze of, so they wanted to wake him up with a toy mouse (as he loves chasing things).
They just didn't thought that he would get spooked by it
... of such a tiny mouse It just started as another backgroundless picture ... and then you of course start to experiment with stuff
result is this ... a mixture of a cartoon background, with thick outlines and texture ... doesn't look so bad at ll.
