really hope we get to see this guy again. dude was so cool and would be a great addition to the "special assortment" of BPRD agents.
Β
Story had a very John Carter of Mars/Butterfly Effect movie feel to it.

Fantastic! I hope this finds it's way into the trade. And I hope you'll be back on something of Mignola's before too long.

Like it a lot! Dinner break...do you mean you don't draw full time as work?!

when you love what you do you never work a day in your life...as the old cliche goes.

I didn't wnat to say anything offensive. I just wondering if you were like I'm : someone that has a no drawing related work and draw during spare time (as I do). I got I misunderstood and I agree you can have spare time form your comic work too.

Haha! Excellent, as usual!
And what's funnier for french comicbooks reader is that the bearded man looks a bit like the Young Bragon, of the prequel comic serie of "La quΓͺte de l'oiseau du temps". It has been published as "the time bird quest" or something alike un the US and UK, original serie's art was by Regis Loisel. The prequel's art, "Avant la quΓͺte", "Before the Quest" is by Vincent MalliΓ©.

I just googled it! I couldn't find that character you're talking about but I'm enjoying Loisel's work! Great stuff!

Soooo good.
Really great action in those books.
What do you think of the nib so far?

JHarren In reply to IkeWhitehead [2013-03-23 23:45:36 +0000 UTC]
thank you, Mr. Whitehead. I'm having ups and downs with the nib. Sometimes I can get into the flow, but there's still plenty of days where that metallic scratching makes me want to open some veins in a warm bath.
So it's like most days inking, actually...

I like that the Hell Boy universe is large enough that they still have good stories to tell.
Unlike other bigger companies.....
Nice work!

thanks, dude! Agreed! I like how there's a very small brain trust for this universe. When something is great (or not so great) you can credit basically two guys.
