I am very glad you like it, i'm trying to improve but not sure if i do. Felt like i spent a little bit too much time on it, like 2 weeks, and 1 hour per day. A lot of remakes have been done, but i think it was worth it in the end. One of my best so far. I have so little time to study nowadays so hard to improve anything.

Will be interesting to see how much time it will take before the fullbody piece is done, hehe.

Hey Jimmy see what u mean perfectly dude..In some peces I spended tons of time too, erasing and redoing parts so many times..but I think that , if mixed with studyes, it is a goodwayto go.
Some people likes to make more pieces, other just to focus on one making it as better as possible. I think all the ways are rigth, but like u, I tend to focus on one, killin me to do as best as I can..tragedy is when after a week of hard work, I realize the piece has not the quality level I want, and I trash it and never post..but however it s never wasted time..
Surely it is one of your best pieces I think, and its a turning point in your art. I know it s hard, but I think that if u have the chance to get time even to study it will be awesome 4 ya, cause I think u can do killer stuff and studyng helps so much.

Btw surely u r improving, it s very clear to me lookin your suff, but I see what u mean, Me too most of the times am not sure if Im improvin or not..so hard to judge myself...ever know if I too soft or too hard..however I try to be superhard..I think it s good

Yes, I totally agree with this its feels better to spend lots of time on one work and give it your very best, rather than doing a lots of rough paintings or "sketches". It takes more time but under that time we get more experience. So it can almost tell that spending lots of time on one very good picture is the quality and experience from like 10 pictures you would do otherwise.

I tend to do the same thing like you, to trash the picture if it takes too long to finish. I try as hard as i can to go back to an unfinished pic sometimes to make them complete. Feels bad to throw away something you spent hours with before and that maybe looks pretty good from its early state. But as you said, its very hard to go back to old quality and redo it when your new level of quality is much higher.

I also agree with that you never waste any time on stuff you abandon, its hours of painting that is uploaded to the skill of art section of the brain already

I will try my best to gather some time and study every week a few hours, think i will start a stream soon like Dave and study online every day an hour or something so it gets more seriously.

Yeah is like that I guess. Every hour we paint is not wated, just can be frustratin sometime when we cannot see where thses hours are going, but Im start seeing that keeping going forward and with disciplin brings good things. with a price of course..

Im lookin forwar your stream dude, that can be a good method to study daily, and keep painting like this, u are improvin well!
