Was there a base 3D render for this? The central garden looks very 3d, but the architecture in the distance and foreground seems like a photomontage. Anyway, it looks amazing. Nice god rays as well!

Not too much retouch in photoshop, yes I have created the models, it is based on my modeling of the Hungrian parliament.
