POKEY MON.I saw ~FaceRot do this and by george, I had some good times with Pokey Mons once so I did it, too. Look at that. My favorites are all the most pathetic ones. This is based 100% on which I liked back in the day (and still like) in terms of looks and how they were portrayed on the show--I never finished any version of the game. Magikarp and Golduck are tied for my favorite water type.
I fell out of the fandom pretty much as soon as new Pokemon were introduced so I had to look up steel and dark types on the intarnets. I chose Honchkrow because it is basically a Pokemon version of Helix. Jirachi I had actually seen in Nintendo power or something but I had no idea it was a steel type.
Aw mannn. I REMEMBER THESE TIMES.

Wow, I totally need to do this now. Though I've continued to play the pokemon games through the years, nerd that I am. Totally going to have to do this now. Charizard is my favorite pokemon, but fire types roxxorz my soxxorz.

i have 6 level 100 fire types: charizard, typlosion, entei, ho-oh, blaziken, and infernape. and the fire type is what i always have and always will choose as my starting pokemon. and as for my fave fire-type, it is my all time favorite, blaziken.

Man WHUTEVER there are no eevee evolutions on this list so CLEARLY I HAVE NO INTEREST IN THIS THING. Although I hear that Eevee has new evolutions and I'm all "Whut" CAUSE BY CRACKY IN MY DAY EEVEE ONLY HAD THREE EVOLUTIONS AND WE LIKED IT THAT WAY.

Well I almost chose Vaporeon (my favorite Eevee evolution) SO I HOPE WE CAN STILL BE FRIENDS.

Actually, I caught Suicune the old fashioned and extremely tedious way, by using Mean Look or something that wouldn't let him run and then whittling his HP down. HOT DAMN I'M AWESOME >8D

Blast from the past, man. Aaw nostalgia. I was so into this back in the day! And I finished the Original Pokemon Red, so I rock. Aaaaw, I still miss my original babies. Unfortunately, the only one I remember from my final team was my Venusaur, who was a BADASS. Taking foo's out with one or two hits. Those were the days.
