Time Setting: 200 years in the future of the games original plot line.

Background: When Moria was at the age of 9, her Family was killed in the cross fire of a bandit raid.
After watching her family get killed, she hid from the remaining bandits until they had finished off
every last person in her hometown. The bandits set her hometown on fire and left, and Moria had set off
into the desert alone with no one alive to look after her. She had a few close encounters with Pandoras
fierce wildlife, but managed to escape with no harm done to her. After days with no food or water she came
across a flock of rakks that were picking at a dead skag pup, she waited for the rakks to finish and fly off
before she crept up to the dead animal and began eating what the rakks had left behind.
After filling her stomach with skag flesh she set off again, But she didnt get very far. She had accidentally walked directly
into a skag pack who had been looking for the skag pup that she just finished devouring. Three Skag Welps and an Alpha skag
looked directly at her, and could instantly smell their lost pup on her breath. Moria froze, she couldnt move. Until
one of the skag welps dashed toward her. Instantly she began to move and run as fast as she had ever ran before.
Still running she looked behind her to see if she had lost the skags, but as soon she she peered over her shoulder the alpha
skag leaped into the air with its claws extended and landed directly on her leg causing her to fall face first into the dirt.
She looked up at the alpha skag, his jaws opened and he roared loudly, Moria knew she was going to die, She then closed her
eyes and visualized her family and friends and as she was doing so the alpha skags head exploded into pieces, which a
few had landed on Morias face. The alpha skags remaining body collapsed over freeing Moria. She couldnt believe what
had happened and looked around to see if she could find the cause of the skags death, until she
heard the skag welps that had been chasing her growl nearby. Moria took off once again but at a slower pace for her leg had
been wounded by the alpha skags claws. After going for an hour or two she finally collapsed, exhausted from all the running.
She looked at her leg and began to cry for her lost family and friends. She begged for the Guardian Angel to take her life, Too
take her to where her parents were, but the Desert had no response to her sad crys.
Moria curled up in the dirt, the Bright sun was diming as it set at the deserts end, Crying, filthy from the sand, and no longer
being able to feel her leg, she sat up and watched the sun dissapear in front of her.
Night fell and she was still sitting in the same spot when she heard strange muffled voices. She couldnt make out what was being said from afar
so she got up hoping to find whatever was making the sounds, Until suddenly The brightest of lights shined directly in her face causing her to
squint her eyes. Moria tried to look at the light but couldnt without being blinded so she covered her face and peered throught her tiny fingers,
and what she saw was a slender figure approach her until it was directly in front of her. Looking up she saw something that she had never seen before.
Moria thought to herself "Could.. Could this be the Guardian Angel?" She Looking up at the creature and she felt some what safe, but froze as the creature spoke.
She couldnt make out what it was saying, but the sound of its voice was comforting to her. Slowly, she felt herself falling asleep, she shut her eyes and began to dream of
her family.
When she woke up she was outside of a Town. Moria stood straight up and looked around for the creature she had seen, but
nothing was in sight other then people staring at her. A Crowd had formed around her and began asking her question. "Oh my, Are you alright child?"
One women asked staring at her wounded led, Moria could do nothing but look at all the people around her in confusion.
The women had taken Moria to an Orphanage were she would spend 6 years of her life miserable. Every time she spoke of the creature she had saw
the other orphans laughed at her, teased her and called her crazy. One day she was speaking to the man who took care of all the children, she mentioned
what she had seen those years ago. The man stood up, he had heard enough of her nonsense and scolded her until she was
black and blue. "I nor the rest of this town have anything to do with you childish dreams" The man said walking away.
That night Moria gathered what things she had and ran away from the orphanage, the town, and everyone else who she no longer desired to know.
She came across a small hut out in The Middle of Nowhere. Hoping it was abandoned she lifted the dirty curtain that was ment to be a door.
Looking around it appeared that the hut had been abandoned for quite sometime. she set her things down and laid in the dirty hammock that
was strung from one wall to the other. She had just fallen asleep when she heard a mans voice.
"Who the hell do you think you are?" he said. Moria jolted up and grabbed a nearby stick, which had fallen out of a barrel used for fire.
She aimed the stick at the men. The man laughed hysterically, "little sprout, you best not be aiming that at me." the man said.
Moria glared at the man. "Woah, woah now little sprout, No need for angry faces" He said. "Why dont you tell me your name".
"Why should I?" Moria barked back. The Man dashed toward Moria grasping the other end of the stick and said "I need to know so I have something to put on your gravestone"
Moria let out a yelp and tried to break free the stick from the mans hands, only to fail and be pushed down to here knees. Moria struggled against the man, but she was to weak
to handle him. The man Then pulled out his pistol and aimed it right on Moria's forehead. Moria froze and began to silently cry. "What? hey now I was only joking, jeez.." The man proclaimed.
Moria looked up at him weeping. "God look." The man jerked back his pistol, popping open its barrel. "it's not even loaded" The man sighed and picked Moria up by the back of her shirt, and lifting her to her feet.
"So seriously now, why are you in my House?" Moria was shocked "You live here?" she thought to herself.
Moria began explaining to him everything that had happened to her. About her parents being killed, and how she ended up in the Orphanage. The man listened to her every word.
Finally when she was done explaining herself the man asked. "Well, How did you end up in that town anyway? Only stuck up little cunts live there ya'know".
Moria was silent, she thought to herself "Do I dare tell him? What if he just laughs at me like everyone else?" Finally she spoke.
She told the man about the light, and the creature, and how its voice made her fall asleep and when she woke up she was in that town.
The man gave her a long pause before saying, "Looks like you got visited my Vault Guardians little sprout". Moria was confused.
"Vault.. Guardians?" she said. "Yeah they watch over the vault" The man said. "uhh... Vault?" Moria asked. "WHAT!? You havent heard about the vault?" Moria shook her head, and
the man began explaining to her the Vault and all things it apparently contained. Moria was intrigued by his story and she asked question and the man gladly answered them.
"You see little sprout, I'm what you call a Vault Hunter, I've spent my entire life looking for pieces of artifacts and any clues that could possibly lead me to the vault." The man said.
Moria began thinking that being a vault hunter might not be such a bad idea, She had nothing else to loose.
"Oh, So how about I get that name of yours little sprout?" The man asked while patting Morias head.
"My name is Moria Griffie" She replied.
"Haha Moria ehy? Thats a pretty suiting name for you little sprout." the man replied.
"Whats yours?" Moria asked.
"My name? It's Seth" The man said.
Afterward Seth took Moria in and began training her as a hunter until the day she turned 18.
Moria had gone out to hunt for food for her and Seth, when she came back to the Hut where she found Seth dead.
She knew someone had murdered him, then looted the hut, And so she set off to find his murderer.
