Just regular printer paper.
For Jolteon in particular, I ran out of ink, so I had to color it with colored pencils.

Cool! Good work. I only have to make Jolteon and then I also have all the eeveelutions from gen 1. But Jolteon looks very hard with the spikes.

The spike's weren't that hard. My issue with them was, I use a mac, so I can't look at the PDO. (Also, the neck spikes were a bit of a pain).
With the PDO, I imagine it will be easier to deal with.
