My piece for SHIINE's fourth challenge! This was a lot of fun to do c:For this round, participants had to interpret a villain from the Gallery of Evil , and I chose Emperor Razul because fire and skulls. I mean, what else could you ask for?
Having said that, it's probably really obvious that I have no idea how fire works orz /files away for further study
I guess this also doubles as a Halloween pic so wooo~ 8D
