Those that know Gaara know underneath that calm surface is a psychopath. Was really excited to do this piece... Tamtam07 (tamtam07.deviantart.com/) politely asked for a request and I thought it was a good idea so i did it. Hope she likes it. 2b,4b,6b,8b,soft and medium charcoal, acrylic paint, and watercolor pencil.

I absolutely love this picture. I do have a couple things that really bug me, though. The left eye seems to be looking to the left a little bit while the other seems to be looking in a different direction. That may just be me though... The other thing is the way the chin, neck and shoulder seemed to be outlined darkly. It kind of throws it off for me. (im only saying this in my own opinion, my artwork is nothing compared to this) Otherwise, It looks like Gaara could be standing in a black and white picture as a real person.

This is absolutely gorgeous. You did an amazing job with the shading and the overall work is just breathtaking! I love the face of this woman and he hair, not the plain model you find in most works. Kind of reminds me of Pat Bennetar (sp?) I am wondering where you got the inspiration for her as well as what the symbol or writing on her head means. I just pretty much love everything about this though. You did an amazing job! Well done!
