Yes, of course I know what it's a reference to. But the closest thing to the batman universe that Runeterra has is Vayne.I don't think of Singed as the type of guy who feels the need to overcompensate. More like the kind of guy who takes advantage of every loophole.

I don't know why but the first thing i thought of was Singed thinking "Um....k? I suppose i could wear this, mean not like it makes me look fat or anything like that. Maybe more evil...
