Hello again my loves, I hope your day is going well.

I had these sketches hidden away and thought I’d ad them to my collection of Sonic Fan-kids. You wouldn’t believe how long it took me to design their quills! Sonic and Amy don’t have much creativity between them when it comes to their hair designs.

Anyway, as you’ve probably gathered these two cuties are ‘Sonamy’ children, which is one of these most prominent ships in all of the Sonic fandom. I hope you like them.

Here we go;

Name: Poppy Rose (The Hedgehog)

Age: 15 (Twin sister of Rapid)

Description:

Poppy is the most energetic, enthusiastic, and scatter-brained hedgehog you’ll ever meet. Much like Amy in her younger days, Poppy is quite girly – she loves the colour pink, and baking sweet treats in the kitchen with her mother. Even though she loves all these things, she presents herself as more of a ‘cool tomboy’ to her peers. (She has an image to uphold okay?) Poppy is worried that if she lets people see her ‘girly’ side, they’ll see her as being immature or childish. Poppy inherited Sonic’s speed and agility, another thing he passed down to her is his distaste for romance! Poppy has no interest in love (much to her mother’s dismay) and physically runs away just like a certain blue hedgehog used too…
Fun fact! Poppy’s hair is originally shaped like Amy’s, but because of her super-speed, she messes up her quills every time!

Name: Rapid the Hedgehog

Age: 15 (Twin brother of Poppy)

Description:

Rapid is your friendly neighbourhood rough and tumble hedgehog. He’s the most popular boy in town (and he knows it!) He spends most of his time roaming town, flirting with the ladies, and playing baseball (Hence his design). Although he looks far more like his father, Rapid’s personality is primarily made up from his mother. He’s competitive, quick-tempered, and a hopeless romantic. Unfortunately, Rapid has inherited his mother’s love-struck passion when he meets his match. Very similar to Pepe Le Pew from Looney Tunes.
One good thing Amy passed down to her son was the ability to wield his ‘Piko Bat’, much like her hammer. He has a cheesy power move called ‘Rapid Strike’ where he can swiftly strike his opponent repeatedly. Although he can’t run fast like his sister, Rapid has come up with a speedy means of transportation – a skateboard. (I haven’t drawn it her because I’m lazy) But he uses his power to practically launch himself on his skateboard with powerful pushes from his legs. (I’ll draw it one day to better explain it).
