Realism is very hard I think but you did a really good job here!
I especially like the face itself (eyes, nose, mouth), it's so hard to do it realistic AND beautiful.
While the darker brown on the body adds to the picture's plasticity, the shadow below the cheekbones makes the face seem a bit pushed in. Maybe another more warm color or simply a color which is more similar to the rest of the skin might have been better on that part.
All in all still a great work!
