Ehh.. crap.. Im trying to remember.. I think I used different layers to give it a vintage look and then took each layer, selected a little piece of the photo and overlayed it with blue or red. I dulled it out a little.
Im not sure =/ Ill try and play with it a little and see if I can do it again.. Because Im sure my explanation was horrible. lol
