EDIT/UPDATE: The skirt is still being a bitch and I no longer like the side tails I had picked out... I gave it to some peeps to try and work on, but like I said before, I'm pretty much done with her myself.Oh yeah, and her left boob has some weird glitch with her physics. You can't really see it with motions on, but when she first opens it's like WTF??? XD
SO DONE WITH THIS BITCH
I got sooo close with her and was adding her pigtails (which looked fucking perfect and beautiful) when MMD decided to eat her. Whenever I opened that step, it would open her... but act like she wasn't there. I could spin the camera, etc, but NOT pose or select her and even going to File->New left her on screen... WTF
So I go back, remove a ton of physics and shit to lower her file size and re-add one tail (not as lovely, just for the test). All's good! Add the second... fuckin BROKEN. AGAIN.
Whatevs, I'll worry about it later and do her skirt thing instead... Every one I find looks like shit or has shit physics. Fuck it, I tried. I'm done here. Patience GONE.

the reason why you had a problem with the ponytail is probably because shes a .pmd file. .pmd can hold up to only so many vertexes, thats why theres a .pmx. the reason why all the skirts you find seem to have "shit physics" is because you probably resized them or moved them without moving there bones/joints/physics at the same time.

She's a PMX and the ponytail loads fine, it's just following wrong. I probably have some minor thing like a joint connected wrong or something. It's kind of hilarious because it stays shaped correctly and the physics are fine, but it drops down to like mid-thigh when the physics come on. XD
And the skirts have shitty physics as is. I either find nice ones that look completely wrong and would take too much effort to edit, or ones that look great but are rigged badly. I'm too lazy to just make one from scratch and I'm certainly not going to rerig a *skirt*. That's one of the few pieces I'm no good with. XP

ah yup its joints then if the hair drops like that XD; idk what to tell you about the skirt then, i usually find fine ones in skirts but i always re-rig shirts cuz of elbow alignment

Yeah, shirts can be a mess too, especially 3DCG stuff. If *only* it was something like an elbow... Skirts, shoulders and mouth facials are my MASSIVE weak points, so I'm better off not touching them...

I had that problem too. One little problem with a joint. When I found that out I fixt it and it worked. aperantly mmd can't load models where there is a joint incorrect properly. try the tailed version and check if there is ANY joint that is not assignt correctly or usefull. delete all unused physics and joints, fix all that aren't right (as in not attached to a bone or a joint not attached to 2 things or two the same physics) and try again. its should work then ^^.
It's a lot of work but a good model is worth it. I had this with the first version of Oni Saiko.

Yeah, I just need to weed through all the joints and physics. Something probably got doubled or merged wrong. It only seems to do this with the newer PMX editor, but since she's already a PMX I don't really want to convert her for a single merge or so in the English PMD editor. Just something I'll have to save for a free weekend I suppose~

SeeU is just another Vocaloid. There *IS* a Windows100% model, but there are also many many edits for peeps who don't want to pay money for a model. I do have the paid version tho, but someone gave it to me for freeee
I "made" (edited together, obviously) this one because someone suggested/requested it and I liked the design. It looked easy enough (hurrhurr imagine my surprise e__e") and I enjoy recreating models. It's great practice for editing my own models and for getting models others make but don't share~
