We like toΒ dirty up a bit out there. To reak of shower soap is never good. If you let some stink happen, the critters think you are one of them and leave you be.

The Smokies are huge, over 800 square miles. There are two black bears per square mile on average. If you hike in my woods, a bear is never more than 300 yards from where your feet are falling...
