This is very sad, Jen. We have the same problem here. If all the billionaires and millionaires could part with some of their riches in helping these people by putting up safe houses, we would not have these problems in this world. It saddens me.

There's a black man who is horribly burned who stands at a stop sign with a cup in what's left of his poor hands looking for a handout. Β I make it a point to have a loose dollar or two to give him every time I see him.
