posted on my site yesterday 3dbdotcom.comSo many tragedies happen every day. This one however, really struck a chord with me. This could have happened anywhere, to anyone. Myself or any of my friends and family could have been victims. On top of that, the fact that it happened at a movie like Dark Knight Rises, a movie that is about a hero, fighting evil like this. It's so terrible. Not any more so than any other pointless death around the world. May those who died rest in peace. May those who we're injured, recover quickly. May the friends and family of those killed, find peace as well.

That was my theater. I live 2 stoplights away and go there for every movie I see. I've been trying to come up with a comic for all my friends who were there, or know someone who was there. I would have been there if I hadn't been asked by another friend to go to a theater across town with a bigger group. The piece of sh*t went to my school, and could have easily crossed paths with me at any point.

Idk, when I hear about a poor little 6 year old girl died, I can't help but wish I had her ticket instead.

I've been trying to come up with a comic to represent my feelings on the situation but too much anger and rage comes out on the paper really damaging the image of my comic so I just prefer to remain silent till I figure my stuff out. But, my comics WILL return.

I've got a comic, try to finish it tomorrow. Wont honor the fallen or be me beating the ever loving shit out of the guy, but it will be about batman. I don't wanna give this story any more attention, thus giving this guy any more fame. Just wanna move on. A friend of a friend died. I am fortunate, but i feel I should have been there to save some of those people's lives by taking their ticket.

This is a very well done comic and very poinient I think it's tasteful and good that you did this instead of putting up your batman comic, My respect for you has just shot through the roof.
it's awful that something like this happened and there should only be good wishes and prayers for the victims, thank you for doing this.
