The cute but mischievous cat-girl and her strong but gentle akita-boyfriend. ^w^

I'm rather pleased with how this picture turned out.
I've never drawn an akita before, so I'm sorry if he doesn't look good enough.. But that's the breed that I was asked to draw (and to make him a bit wolf-like if possible)
And yeah, another picture with cherry blossoms! When I made this, they were still blooming around here. I'm rather pleased with the background as well. You wouldn't believe how fast I made it, I even surprised myself..!

This was a request for someone I know in real life. I don't usually (read as never) take requests, and this one was especially tricky, since I had to design the characters as well. I think that takes more time than the actual drawing...
(Don't ever ask me to do that, please. I won't design you a character even as a commission.)
But the person, who asked me to draw this for her daughter and her daughter's boyfriend, has always taken a really good care of me, providing me with food and a place where I can come whenever I want to, even in the middle of the night..! So I can consider this as a paid commission, this is the least I can do to pay her back!
Also, she called this an "ice-cream commission", so I'm expecting to get lots of ice-cream this summer. Yay! xD
This couple is supposed to get this picture printed as a poster, and it's supposed to be a surprise gift.
That's why I didn't submit this earlier, even though I already painted it over a month ago... But, I got bored of waiting, and I don't think they'll be checking out my dA...

Anyway, these characters belong to this young couple only!

Haha, Yuichi surprised me by suddenly buying me a new tablet. He (and his family) had noticed that my drawing with the old one (that I also got from Yuichi a long time ago) had gotten quite frustrating and desperated, it only worked like one out of three times I tried. Now it doesn't work anymore, so it was the perfect time to get a new tablet..!
This picture was partly done with that new Wacom Bamboo ^^
