I love it that Pancakes "is" Applejack, and they all look so sweet!!!~ I see that Soft Brush is kind of looking at CB... a crush, maybe?
As for the elements, let's see... what about:

Cocoa Bean: Reliability - would be "honesty"
Pancakes: Selflessness - would be "generousity"
Cupid Arrow: Affection - would be "kindness"
