Beautiful picture I must say, that though I might tell you about the "complex", the set has something wrong.
I can understand that an artist looking for more and concentrate on the subject of his own design, but in my opinion should also consider the whole.
Your Caterina is beautiful, I do not think there are major complaints to make, beautiful face, pose interesting perhaps you walked a bit 'too much with the nose (I mean the upper part of the nose, right between the eyes), you put too much shadows (dark colors).
The one to which you can stick to do the boring is the background.
The background is something that everyone hates, and in fact is one of the factors that often penalizes images.
Even in your case the background looks like a something done unwillingly, in a forced manner, for me uo design is promoted, but you should study a method to create (perhaps in an easy, for you) a good background for your characters .
I repeat my final judgment, excellent image, good color and good impact, to improve only the background.

Hm. I think the most important thing to keep in mind while doing hair is to put in details closer to your characters face and hair that are on top or in the front~ Hope that makes sense!
