I just want to say, the manga is not mine.. i just colored it cuz i thought it was funny and cute.
The manga is called The Monkey vs The Crab and of course as you can see.. it has gaara in a komono. 
I don't think Naruto even notices its Gaara. If you do read the original manga beware of Gaara cursing a lot. 
Well not alot, but its not for younger audiences. Im trying to find the manga again. I know what website it is but i can't find it!!

Thats what i thought of too when i first saw this..
Here is a spoiler for ya, Naruto accidently hits gaara with some kind of hard fruit or nut [i can't remember, i gotta read the doujin again]. Anyways, Gaara looses his memory, and while Naruto stays with Gaara and Temari, when he gets lost in the forest, she forces Naruto to help get his memory back, and they even try hitting Gaara with the same fruit that made him loose his memory in the first place. Its a really funny doujin! xDD
