Damn well done, favorite for sure. I have a strange fixation with Zeppelins, they just look so graceful up there you know? (insert hindenburg joke here)

damn man.
I'm polish and this art is not making me feel nice.
True, it's ironic - but not in the way you think. Nazi killed over 2 000 000 polish people including jews living in polish community. Hell - they killed anyone they wanted to, just because Hitler used Nitches theory about superhuman. They destroyed or stole our national arts. They razed to the ground level Warsaw. To this day German goverment (with all respect!) owes money due to some treaties signed years ago - as a compensation of war.
So yeah. It's ironic. But to much higher point than you could probably imagined.
Anyway! I like zeppelin, your art is worth its time for sure and due to some problems of polish politics (Frankly - they suck. Filled with anger, and frustration, they would like to wipe out everything that is not on their side of barricade. I DID NOT VOTE for those assholes.)
You got a fav man. Next time try to find out about biggest war murderers of our times. Hitler, Beria and Stalin are good one to start of with.
You'll see it's to tragic to make fun about ideology that killed whole nations within a months.
Keep up that great work!

Interesting, I changed it to avoid being politically incorrect, and it was my polish co-workers idea in the first place. I guess you can't please everyone.
*Yes, I am familiar with the events of WW2 as I'm sure most people are these days. Hopefully.
anyways, didn't mean to offend. I guess it's inevitable these days and especially on an online community.

And Nazis never used zeppelins in ward war two. They abandoned project after first war when it came out that zeppelins are slow, lacking in manouvers and very fragile with all that helium in it.
Not much bombs thay could take.
Soon Luftwaffe changed them to planes and terrifying german jet - Messerschmitt.

i dont think its about countries anymore. It's about people.
Something changed after all those wars last two hunderd years.
Our civilisation never seemed to be as stupid as it it now. So sad.

It's on the Big Sandwich Games website! I'm looking to relocate back into Vancouver (went to school there) as a concept artist or 3d modeler in the future (don't know how distant or close that future is though). I'm working on a new 2d/3d reel right now. Maybe I can shoot it to you when I'm done.
(I freaking love Granville Island, btw. <3~)

Haha, I had a great time with the people there. My class rocked hardcore.
They lack HEAVILY in the texturing and lighting department. The teacher they have in charge of bestowing such information to the students is completely incompetent with poor teaching methodology. I learned all unwrapping, texturing, lighting from the TA's and my friends.
Also most of their staff is based mainly in XSI (there is virtually no market for XSI in the states) and very few of the staff members go into any other 3d packages. This means that the switch to Maya they're trying to do is really going to hurt the students, like it did our class (It really sucks when you can't go to your teacher to get a question answered). No one in the VFX stream works on their final demo reels in XSI. So, they work in that for 6 months and they have another six to learn and master Maya all the while trying to put together and awesome demo reel.
Apparantly, the modeling mentor they had made some AWESOME critiques but they replaced him with a guy that knows XSI like the back of his hand... but most of the tricks he knows look cheesy and cheap. On top of that he isn't the most artistically adept and gives weak critiques. Good person though!
It's a poorly put together program overall as they spend too much time on no brainer subjects like color theory, story boarding and for some reason all the streams have to do 3 terms of 2d animation. The one thing I'll give them credit for is the Ant Farm. This is where the higher terms are all in an open room with a laid back atmosphere where it's comfortable to walk up to a classmate and ask them a question or input. Also, they hired a new VFX mentor and he's actually into his job and is super fucking awesome at it. He's a godsend to the entire school.
It was most def worth it for me because I love Vancouver and wanted to go there for both the social and the technical enrichment. I met a lot of great people that year including my current boyfriend. Plus, I threw a lot of awesome parties.
