*throws more theories at you* So! Marowak. Many different perspectives on that guy. I like to think they evolve only when they get over their grievances with their dead mother. Become fully independent. Don't rely on the bones for comfort, but for survival and practicality. They becomeone with the skull, the bones fusing with the skin. The skull is them, no longer their mothers. Their mother is good and gone forever. Now here is Small-Fry though. Not so small no more. Just like the theory of the baby kangs, evolving with the skull attached stunts their growth, keeping them quite small. But not Small-Fry per say. His evolution didn't.....it had some glitches on the way, seeing as how there are cracks running through all over the skull. It broke apart, allowing his head to outgrow the skull a bit, allowing to grow a bit bigger and see the inside of his skinless face. Because the skull is now his skin. Or what's left of it.

The power of Tot is no longer with him unfortunately though u.u Its did it's job protecting the little runt in the earthquake, broke up now.
Have to get a new one. Thanks Magmortar for you generous donation. Or isit the human? Who knows?
