A pen and ink commissioned drawing, finished Dec. 22, 2006.This is a drawing of a boy wizard, his pseudo dragon, and his lich father. A commissioned portrait of a friend's D&D character.

Oh I know, but no inspirational drawing is inspiring in the same way as the other one. And this one's so amazing - I especially like the lich's expression. It could be as good or evil as you wish, it would still perfectly fit with the face.

For some reason, the father and the boy makes me thing of The Black Coldren by Disney... Sorry. Looks good none the less, would make a perfect cover for a fantasy book

I read the books when I was a kid- but I barely remember the movie. Looking at the poster for the movie I can see what you're saying, it's got the kid vs. towering skeletal villian.
