Here we have the Buckler talking with the Chief of Police, after tying up some runaway crooks for the police to catch. The chief is pretty grateful for the Buckler, and asks if he could possibly repay the Buckler.The Buckler declines, at least for now, as he glimpses the two police officers who accompanied the chief...
