As far as I know, most artists have drawn young Celestia with solid pink hair based solely on a pic in the very first episode. Not exactly sure how Molestia came to be, but the reason for her having a solid colored mane as well was probably just a practical/convenient design choice for the ask blog (which was monochromatic and had to come up with a lot of drawn responses regularly).

I consider young Celestia and Molestia different from one another. The former is simply her past self and the latter can be seen as an extreme manifestation of the princess' id or "pleasure principle".

Not how i would have phrased it.  I always described Molestia as being a shameless hedonist with no concept of personal space, as opposed to a compulsively lying tyrant with no concept of decency or mercy and who makes Joffrey Baratheon look like Mahatma Gandhi.
But maybe that's just me.  It doesn't seem like a lot of bronies agree with my evaluation of Celestia.  The whole Texas Funeral thing is normally glazed over.

I thought Molestia was grayer. Same colors but kinda desaturated.

Things in the show like the drawings in the first episode and the Equestria founding flag have 'Tia with pink hair, so artists who don't have her pink-haired when younger are in fact a minority.

How exactly is this disturbing? The reader does not need to agree that Tia`s buns are hot in order to get the joke (which btw was quite clever as she has a picture of high temperature object on her buttocks). We just need to understand how Celestia is, by her species standard, an attractive mare and it is expected to colts recognize this. Sure, you won`t hear stuff like "hot buns" in the actual show, but it`s not like there aren`t any scenes to show how colts are being attracted to mares and vice versa. Besides, this a mere fanart, so there`s no need to make/keep it suitable for little girls (isn`t dA`s age limit 13 anyways?). With all this said, I fail to see by what means is this disturbing.

I'm sure that quess of yours is correct, but it still won't change the fact, that his comment is lacking essential information. It is unsure whetever he meant "I find this particular artwork disturbing, that further develops my hatred towards the Brony Community." or "I find this artwork, along with every other material related to the show, unappropriate for adult men, which I ever-so-much hate the bronies for."

And more importantly, whichever's the answer, my arguments for this comic are still valid.

Yes I am no brony bu
1: I think being attracted to any fictional character is a bit weird
2: I did find this comic funny
3: I find the main part disturbing that the fact that many grown... colts, stallions? idk what they are. Are attracted to this white pony who appears to be a VERY underdeveloped child. THAT is what I'd find disturbing

I do not hate bronies, in fact my best of friends on this site are bronies and I love them each as if they were my brothers and sisters (I see this with all whom I watch and those who watch me). so do not assume I am a... how you say... "hater"

3. Hmm, perhaps those colts/stallions (I don't know which they are, either) are just as underdeveloped as she is?

Furthermore, whereas Celestia may look childish, we have a Luna as a comparison to give an idea of how "mature" she actually is. This contrast is at its strongest on the last panel. Admittedly though, it might still be rather minor difference unless you have "trained" eyes for these things (you know, comparing cartoon ponies of different age). It's like how some people think, that all Asian/black/white etc. people looks alike because they haven't seen them that often/many.

And for the last point I can't think of right now, whetever you're right about it being very weird or not, isn't this comparable to the way how actual underdeveloped people, children, finds the opposite sex interesting at very young age? (I know I did!) Or perhaps the problem comes with the difference between these ponies' physical and mental maturity, which is noticeably greater than real childrens'?
