This image is awesome. It really shows that behind your artwork, there is the sense of you, rather than just something you thought would gain attention. Fantastic work. And, self-depiction is said to be the hardest thing to do. You, as in people, never like showcasing your flaws. It leaves you feeling vulnerable. Not saying that you, JD, have flaws. Just stating the difficulty with accomplishing this work. And, yours is wickedly awesome. If I get the proper funds together, I will try to see if I can get you to make one of that degree for me. Not the exact same, something more incline for my style/type of work. *Grabs a Star. Wishes on It."

I had to do a double-take when this piece showed up on DA's Twitter feed. I have an old magazine from my college days... 1998-ish... that featured some of your work & techniques. This particular piece [and "Putting It Together"] were always intriguing to me. Great to find your work here, now I can +watch!
